JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xe2\x80\x8b
- Responsible for liaising with and handling IR-related matters with regulatory authorities
- Investigate workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve workplace concerns and conflicts
- Visit client offices to provide briefings on company policies and regulations, conduct disciplinary investigations, and assist in problem-solving related to industrial disharmony
- Assist in conducting and participate in domestic inquiries
- Draft documents, including letters, minutes, and reports
- Execute any ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by the Head of Department
- Stay updated on any changes to employment laws and regulations
- Degree in Human Resources
- 2 - 3 years (Fresh Graduate are Welcome)
- Communication skills & Report Writing (both Bahasa & English)
- Analytical Thinking and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Employment Laws and Regulations
