A well growing manufacturing MNC is looking for an IR Manager to join their team. Your new company This company is a well-established Manufacturing company with presence across the region. They are actively looking out for an IR Manager to join their team. Your new role This role will be responsible handling the end-to-end matters in Industrial Relations handling mainly minor cases, Union matters and Compliance matters. This person will also be managing blue collar workers and will have the platform to be a Business Partner to manage and influence stakeholders. What you\'ll need to succeed Solid experience in Industrial Relations and Compliance. This role is also open to HR Generalists who have strong IR experience. Must have Union experience, Stakeholder Management and basic Collective Agreement experience. Experience in a Manufacturing or Healthcare industry would be highly preferred.
