• Union Relations Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for union representatives, fostering positive and collaborative relationships.
• Negotiations: Lead and participate in collective bargaining negotiations, ensuring fair and equitable agreements that align with organizational goals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve grievances, disputes, and conflicts between employees and management in a timely and effective manner.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures related to labor relations and union management.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to management and employees on labor relations practices, union agreements, and conflict resolution.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on labor relations activities, trends, and outcomes to senior management.
• Advisory Role: Advise management on labor relations issues, potential risks, and strategies for maintaining positive union relationships.
• Talent Development: Implement and manage employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and career progression initiatives.
• Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance management systems to ensure employees meet organizational goals and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial relations, union management, talent management, or a related field.
