FUNCTION : People Operations

LOCATION : Southgate Commercial Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

REPORTS TO : Lead, People Partner

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

In this role, you are not a Business Partner nor are you in Services, it\'s an in-between role. In this role, you own processes + policies from thinking about it, improving it, executing it and maintaining it. You are a people person with a passion for a progressive work culture. You do not shy away from administrative tasks and you consider the people you support your customer. Your one and only focus will be anything related to IR/ER AND Offboarding

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• You will handle all PIP and Off-boarding cases for the department that belongs to you
• You will own the process with the ability to share any flaws or process improvements for your superiors to consider and implement
• Own end to end PIP, IR/ER & Off-boarding processes, from case management to administration
• You know and can champion IR/ER, PIP and Offboarding topics with minimal supervision
• Collaborate and guide business\'s people leaders to ensure a deep understanding of HR practices or processes around IR/ER, PiP & Offboarding
• Ensure customer satisfaction of employees and provide professional customer support

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• 1 Year Min Exposure in IR/ER, PiP & Offboarding
• Have an understanding of HR policies and Local Labor Law.
• Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office applications (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experienced in mediation or conflict resolution process.
• Able to read, write and speak English (MUST) and Bahasa at advance level.
• 1-2 years of Human Resources working experience or relevant working experience.
