Job Description
- Industrial Relations: Manage relationships with trade unions, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and handle industrial disputes.
- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and support company goals.
- Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Grievance Management: Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Training: Conduct training sessions on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance issues.
- Negotiations: Participate in negotiations with unions or employee representatives, if applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in employee relations or HR management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
