1.Ensure that the shaft furnace is within the controllable range during the gas addition or subtraction to avoid accident happened. 2. Inspect the mechine in the production process every hour including temperature, vibration, screw, fixed gas alarm valve, pipeline, etc. 3.Inspect coal dehydrator by checking whether the water level is normal, whether the box is rotten, and whether the various valves can be used normally.
