- Fluent in Mandarin & basic English
- SPM or UEC (attendance required, passing not mandatory)
- Able to work on a 24-hour rotating shift schedule
Responsible for providing after-sales support and issue resolution through Email and Live Chat,ensuring customers receive professional and satisfactory assistance at every stage of the delivery service.
