About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented ISO Coordinator to join our team at 5E Resources Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor. As the ISO Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing processes and quality standards adhere to international ISO certification requirements. What you'll be doing

Develop, implement and maintain ISO management systems and processes across the organisation Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement Provide training and guidance to employees on ISO requirements and best practices Continually review and update ISO documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to ISO compliance Responsible for executing and documenting internal ISO Audits, plan internal audits for ISO compliance, analyzing and reporting internal audit findings to the management during management review. Responsible in coordinating, preparing and leading ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification body for certification renewal process & surveillance. Coordinating, preparation and attending to external audit with supplier/ customer for ISO compliance. Representing the Company in all matters related to ISO.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years

of experience in a similar ISO coordination or quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other relevant quality management standards Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve non-conformances Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using quality management software and MS Office suite
