An Enterprise Software Company is currently hiring an IT Account Delivery, Lead to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experience in selling Enterprise Software Solutions to large enterprise customers, including both account management and business development to Malaysia and other counties within SEA regions.
- To understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 challenges and provide specific solution propositions to help customers meet their business goals.
- Understand the market, including trends and developments, and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 offerings.
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
- Experience in serving key industries such as conglomerate, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas etc.related fields would be an added advantage.
- Strong team skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
