An IT Payment Solutions Provider company is hiring for IT Account & Development, Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experience working as Account Manager with a good understanding of IT technologies including Software and Infrastructure tools
- Manage expectations and set timelines with the customers on the issues raised as well as enhancement requests
- Build good relationships with the customers and gather inputs as well as feedback on the usage of the IT products
- Communicate client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and business objectives to the Project Manager and Product Development team
- Proactive, motivated and willing to absorb new concepts/ideas to solve issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
