Job Description

:

Perform password reset via Active Directory Identify, clarify and understand the issue reported by users/customers Performs in-house preventive maintenance activities Updates tickets status in time Collaborate closely with vendors, and customers as when needed.
Requirements:

Minimum education level of Diploma in Computer Science or related field of study.

Minimum 1 year of working experience as IT Support/IT Administrator or relevant roles.

Good to have experience in troubleshooting servers and networks.

Familiar with Active Directory

Willing to travel around Klang Valley area

Have own transport as the nature of role requires travel around Klang Valley

Must have good command of spoken and written in English, and Malay language.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
