Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements. Analyze and troubleshoot issues in existing ASP.NET-based systems and provide solutions. Support internal users by investigating and resolving software issues and performance concerns. Assist in developing, testing, deployment, and maintenance of ASP.NET applications. Develop reports and queries using SQL or related tools. Monitor and maintain application data integrity and system efficiency. Create documentation for systems, processes, and user guides.

Requirement:

Diploma or higher qualification in IT or a related field. 2+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role. Fresh graduates with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with ASP.NET (MVC or Web Forms) and C# development principles. Strong understanding of relational databases, especially SQL Server. Experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, or working with data models. Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and Entity Framework. Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
