Job Description

As the Business Analyst, you will collaborate with departments to clarify and communicate requirements, assuring Quality Management System being implemented are aligned with needs. You will report to Global IT Manager, working on hybrid work mode, with office based in Shah Alam. Responsibilities Guide the Quality team on best practices of business processes usage of technologies. Develop knowledge of best practices, commonly used concepts/methods, and procedures for conducting business analysis. Participate in requirements gathering, configuration and process design sessions. Translate requirements and communicate the impact to the Quality team. Facilitate functional specifications and work with IT technical resources (internal and external) to complete the systems changes, including completing functional testing. Understand ETQ Reliance modules to provide technical leadership for QMS software implementation and upgrades. Lead the Development and maintain system customizations and integrations. Develop plan and implement testing to ensure system stability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues jointly with SaaS vendor. Develop technical documentation and ensure maintaining latest version. Manage supporting business process documentation, such as SOPs, work instructions, or process diagrams. Lead power user and end-user training. Support ad-hoc user requests such as data extraction, data analysis and Power BI reporting Qualifications A four-year bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, related discipline. 3+ years of experience in the IT industry. Experience in software development or technical support. Experience in SQL server, JavaScript, System Development, data management and data analysis. Experienced in documentation of main analysis deliverables (business/functional/design requirements, use cases) Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies. Experience managing remote setups, services, and implementations. Systematic, business-oriented approach, receptiveness to new technologies.
