A Malaysia-based electronics solutions provider specializing in the design and manufacturing of acoustic and speaker systems for OEMs. The company offers end-to-end services including electromechanical design, plastic injection molding, woodworking, and full product assembly. With vertically integrated facilities in Johor Bahru, it supports global consumer electronics brands through efficient and high-quality contract manufacturing solutions.
Job Scope:

• Support ERP system implementation and provide ongoing technical and functional support.
• Conduct system testing, end-user training, and business analysis
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to prepare for system integration, testing, and implementation of ERP functionalities.
• Transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with Epicors capabilities.
• Configure Epicor modules such as finance, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Collaborate to design and implement customizations or system enhancements when standard features are insufficient.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows using Epicor tools.
• Provide end-user support and act as the main contact for system-related queries.
• Manage data migration, cleansing, and validation during system implementations or upgrades.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Epicor reporting tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in ERP system design, analysis, and solution development.
• Proven experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor) including implementation or upgrades with external vendors.
• Experience with strong understanding of business processes and operational support in Manufacturing industry.
