Job Title: IT Analyst

Basic Job Functions:

Primary function is to serve as a Oracle Fusion Support Analyst in the maintenance and enhancement of both systems. Provide guidance to onshore/offshore Level I support resources and serve as Level 2 support to drive timely incident resolution consistent to SLA. Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of system recommendations to meet requirements including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, configuration, testing and implementation

Experience:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of work experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion).

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 or more ERP full lifecycle implementation

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of ERP relevant module(s) required

\xc2\xb7 ITIL Foundation Training & Certification preferred

Education:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Required Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Create functional design documentation, software specifications, testing/training scenarios and evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Ability to review existing systems and tools, and recommend improvement opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of ERP (Oracle) solutions in the relevant module(s) with integration to external systems such as Rapid Response, WMS Cloud, OTM Cloud, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Working experience in the manufacturing or semi conductor industries and the ability to leverage the experience to influence the right decision and implementation based on industry standard best practices

\xc2\xb7 Hands on capability in solutioning, blueprinting, creating functional specs, configuring, testing and implementation

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and tasks simultaneously, whether working independently or with other people

\xc2\xb7 Ability to interact with other IT partners and business users to identify improvement opportunities and resolve incidents

\xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer facing interaction, customer service, and presentation

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with functional departments and consultants effectively

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with global customer base in various time zones such as Americas, APAC and EMEA as needed

\xc2\xb7 Intermediate to advance proficiency in writting queries in ERP, SQL, Crystal or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Intermediate to advance profiency in MS Office - VISIO, Excel (pivot table, charting, macros)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Act as Level 2 support in resolving complex incidents and to provide guidance to Level 1

\xc2\xb7 Liase with global IT counterparts to ensure alignment and awareness of changes

\xc2\xb7 Participate in solutioning, blueprinting, creating functional specs, configuring, testing, implementing and providing go live support

\xc2\xb7 Work with cross-functional project teams to include relevant module requirements in broader projects

\xc2\xb7 Review tickets by frequency and categorization to identify patterns for potential improvements

\xc2\xb7 Interface with business partners to understand issues or challenges on hand to derive timely solutions

\xc2\xb7 Work with process owners and SMEs to review/improve current processes

\xc2\xb7 Document ERP relevant module processes and transactions in support of processes defined by functional unit process owners

\xc2\xb7 Perform medium to complex functional configuration tasks for ERP relevant modules to develop prototype solutions to business requirements and to implement fixes, changes, and enhancements

\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance in test cases creation and execution of test cases

\xc2\xb7 Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, functional and technical team members, and users

\xc2\xb7 Document processes, specifications, working instructions and solutions to drive the creation of support knowledge base system

\xc2\xb7 Performs related duties as assigned
