Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 The role will take over the administration of existing and new application to ensure their proper use. (e.g. MS Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 The role will take over the further improvement of existing tools and Dashboards. \xe2\x80\xa2 The role will develop new solutions in Innovation Management and R&D. \xe2\x80\xa2 The role will be SME for Low Code / No Code Technology such as Power Platform (MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate, MS Power BI) \xe2\x80\xa2 The role will consult and support Digitalization & Lean Projects to realize efficiency improvement by appropriate tools & applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 The role will focus on Front End development and User Interface Design. \xe2\x80\xa2 The role will support data governance project. Minimum Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in IT/Comp Science \xe2\x80\xa2 3 - 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 The person needs to have experiences in MS Power Platform, Database design, SQL, VBA, and UI design. \xe2\x80\xa2 The person is desired to be open minded for new use cases and applications as well as adapting and learning new things fast. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player with good interpersonal abilities including self-motivated, proactive, independent, and problem-solving. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to adapt to changing requirements and deal with completing priorities under strict dateline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate and practice leadership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and change management approaches and skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with business to expand and increase data platform capabilities to resolve new data problems and challenges by identifying, planning, and integrating to implement best-practices and enforce them across the organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good English skills are needed.
