Candidate will be engaged in processes such as Incident Management, Access Management, Request Management, Problem Management & ticket management. As part of this function, the candidate will be partly reporting to I.T. Operations leads for the Cluster Market.
Candidate will be providing technical support on business applications. Simulations of issues on testing systems are expected to be performed by the candidate to achieve resolution whenever is possible.
Candidate is expected to collaborate with vendors, second level and 3rd level Product and Process Owners to implement resolution. This entails initiating meetings, workstreams, remote access sessions on systems and simulations and initiating escalations to I.T. operations leads, CIO or reporting lines of product & process owners.
The candidate is expected to support workplace I.T. topics, supporting the main lead for the workplace.
Create and update technical documentations and process documentation to ensure processes are relevant.
Any other tasks that relate to Supporting Applications on IT System Management Process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, Diploma, on Computer Science, Information Technology and anything similar
At least 2 years of Hands-on working experience in application support L2 within multinational company
Excellent stakeholders' management on Application support context. This includes communications (calls, emails, chats) collaboration, coordination, reporting & escalation.
