Job Description

:

Provide support and user guidance for application-related issues.

Diagnose and resolve software/system issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with internal teams and end users to propose and implement effective solutions.

Understand and translate end users requirements into technical specifications.

Willing to provide support beyond regular working hours, including weekends, when necessary.

Design, develop, maintain, documentation software applications and systems based on business requirements.

Job Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Practical experience with one or more programming languages such as HTML, CSS, ASP, ASP.NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, VB.NET, PHP, or similar.

Experience with databases and database querying (SQL).

Proficient in full software development life cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end users and teams.

Self-driven and capable of independently learning new technologies and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
