Requirements

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in web application development using PHP MVC frameworks (e.g., CodeIgniter or Laravel).
• Strong understanding of real estate business terms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MySQL or MSSQL databases with complex SQL scripting.
• Experience in web application architecture, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming and MVC design patterns.
• Knowledge of Web API security and versioning.
• Experience in mobile app development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and team management skills.
• Able to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to start within short notice is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and develop fully functional systems to meet requirements.
• Plan the deployment and configuration of new IT applications.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web application systems.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of software developers.
• Assist with IT project planning and execution.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources.
• Leverage new technologies to improve user experience.
• Involve in all stages of application development, from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve department goals.
