About our group:

We are the Workplace Services IT team who is responsible for managing IT Applications supporting Employee Safety & Occupational Health and Chemical Management business teams globally.

About the role - you will:

• Develop, implement & support solutions in Occupational Health & Safety and Chemical Management Applications
• Main tasks include the requirements analysis, conception, implementation/development of solution as per requirement
• Work closely with different Cross-functional teams to develop solutions
• Provide business and technical support for business processes in Occupational Health & Safety and Chemical Management domain

About you:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
• Good at analytical & troubleshooting skills
• Effective problem-solving and a team player
• Able to work in virtual collaboration environment, with colleagues from diversified backgrounds
• Acquired Bachelor of Science/ Engineering

Your experience includes:

• Designing and developing applications using relational database systems like SQL Server/ Oracle
• At least 3 working years of IT applications role
• At least 3 years\' experience in SQL Query writing
• Thorough understanding of SDLC
• Working background and knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental regulations systems are preferred
• Business knowledge in SAP/ Oracle, etc., Enterprise Resource Planning Applications, Cority, GX2 or Enviance/ Actio Configuration would be an added advantage

Our Penang office is located in Suntech at Cybercity. Easily accessible from two bus stops, many employees take mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
