If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us\xe2\x80\xa6OverviewResponsible for software applications maintenance, development, implementation and support for Credit Card system (ASCCEND).Participates in user requirement & feasibility study, evaluation and provide technical specification.Develop technical solution, conducting and support user acceptance tests & production roll out activities.Provide daily production system support and attend to business users requests.Highly motivated, independent & good team playerStrong analysis, problem solving & good communication skills.Job Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesResponsible for systems study, applications design and development for Credit Card system andand all the related interfaces with downstream systemsParticipates in user group meeting and provides information to facilitate users requirements gathering and decision making for business solution proposal.Ensures amended and enhanced systems meet user functional requirement specifications.Attend to daily business users requests and participate in activities like IT Disaster Recovery Plan,Project implementation and system maintenance activities.Ensures all documentation, processes and methodologies used in various phases of system development and implementation are in accordance with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s standards & methodologies.Ensure all internal (Audit & Risk) and external (Paynet ,MyClear, Visa/MC, PCI) compliances are fulfilled in Debit Card related applications.Ensures appropriate controls are built into business applications to attain stability, security and reliability of technical deliverables.Recommends production fixes and online / batch performance improvement measures.Handles operational duties and management functions as and when required.Jobholder Requirements:Malaysian CitizenDiploma/ Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.\xe2\x80\x8bExperiencePossessed at least 3 years Credit Card related experience, working on Credit Card System will be an added advantageWorking knowledge in the following programming languages :-AS400 Control Language ProgramAS400 related programming language and toolsWorking experience in development and implementation of large business applications with practices of SDLC/ ASDM methodologies in a financial institution.Independent worker with good communication skillsThose without the necessary qualification but with relevant experience will also be considered\xe2\x80\x8bSpecial SkillsSkills in IBM I-series AS400 Environment Online and Batch (CLP, WRKQRY)Experience in Credit Card, Security Device Driver (HSM), TCP/IP network driversAbout Hong Leong BankWe are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
