Job Description
Location: Kuala Lumpur
s:
- Maintain, redesign, or create new applications for the third-party system and internal programs that are already in place.
- Debugging and fixing computer malfunctions as they arise in the different installations, overseen by Head Office, at both the Outlets and Head Office.
- Offer end users instruction and technical help for a range of computer programs.
- Use software programs in compliance with the corporate control handbook.
- Upkeep of software libraries and documentation.
- At least Diploma in IT Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field
- Good in English communication skills, problem solving skills and able to work with all levels of end users
- Willing to learn
