Job Description
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
s:
- Develop new applications, maintain current internal programs and external systems, and redesign them.
- Provide technical support for various applications used across the organization, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, collaborating with end-users to understand and address their concerns.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support requests, incidents, and problems.
- Work closely with the 3rd party vendors to address complex technical issues and implement solutions.
- A candidate with a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer science, information technology, or equivalent field is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and individuals with 1-2 years of experience will be considered favorably.
- Ability to deal with people of all ability levels and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Applicable for Malaysian citizen
