Develop new applications, maintain current internal programs and external systems, and redesign them.
Provide technical support for various applications used across the organization, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, collaborating with end-users to understand and address their concerns.
Manage and prioritize incoming support requests, incidents, and problems.
Work closely with the 3rd party vendors to address complex technical issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements:
A candidate with a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer science, information technology, or equivalent field is required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and individuals with 1-2 years of experience will be considered favorably.
Ability to deal with people of all ability levels and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
