Job description

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in BSS Core, CRM, Billing, Middleware and Integration, Touchpoint and Channels, Data Analytics, Enterprise Support System, Distribution and Supply Chain, Partner and Revenue Assurance, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in understanding IT application and platform dynamics, including cloud technology, cyber security, and agile development.
• Strong technical proficiency in digital architecture and relevant IT frameworks.
• Capacity to forecast, suggest, and outline roadmaps for future landscapes, in line with digital transformation endeavors.
• Familiarity with architectural standards, industry norms, compatibility, and compliance.
• Proactive and inventive approach to technology practices.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate and effectively communicate technology risks versus business risks.
• Comfortable working in virtual teams or independently.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and spearhead the development of IT landscapes, transition roadmaps, and architecture guiding principles.
• Align business and technology strategies to deliver impactful insights and outcomes.
• Propel IT transformation through procedural enhancements and the adoption of new technologies.
• Lead engagements related to enterprise architecture alignment, ensuring consistency with IT Strategy and Architecture.
• Ensure the secure and resilient architecture of systems.
• Collaborate with Key Technology Partners to implement industry best practices in IT Roadmaps.

Merits:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Management, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Over 10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Enterprise Architecture roles within the Telco industry.
• Certification in Architecture related disciplines (e.g., TOGAF, Frameworx, CITA) is advantageous.
• Experience in architecting and designing Telco platforms, with a strong background in solution design and implementation.
