Position: IT Asset Management Executive
Location: Kuala Lumpur (KL)
Duration: Permanent
Experience: 1-3 Years
Manage the inventory of all IT assets within assigned accounts.
Track all existing maintenance contracts/licenses for current assets.
Oversee the complete asset lifecycle, including usage and renewals.
Negotiate and review hardware/software licensing contracts with external vendors.
Collaborate with Business Units to establish agreements reflecting the interests of both partners and the company.
Ensure contract performance and handle renewals, amendments, or rewrites as required.
Document and prepare reports related to IT asset usage when necessary.
Communicate with IT teams regarding upcoming contract renewals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business IT or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience as an individual contributor.
Strong understanding of web technologies.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Skilled in negotiation and project management.
Working knowledge of business and data intelligence software.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
