Air Liquide IT: The Group launched an overhaul of its IT services, to simultaneously improve and world security, competitiveness and agility. This results in a changing IT organizations with infrastructure services and IT production which will now be managed globally by a central department called GIO (Global Infrastructure Operations) and business applications that will be supported by dedicated departments, called BIS (Business Information Systems) for each business line and relevant geographies.

The EUS (End User Services) team is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all GIO services to its customer across APAC hubs and their respective entities.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The IT Asset Manager (EUS) will be accountable for the execution of corporate relationship management, service catalog deployment, procure-to-pay, inventory & local process management, and asset management.

He/she will be crucial in the procurement and management of End User inventory and be required to deliver support services quickly to resolve any issues. This position will be in charge of billing control and ensuring alignment of billing process flows with the GIO asset/device lifecycle.

Vendor Management

Consistent with the global contract and global team processes, manage the relationship with EUS vendor partners (such as Dell) at the Hub APAC level to support the local delivery and day-to-day execution.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current computer models utilized by Air Liquide end users.

Contribute to periodic assessments of upcoming computer models in the computer vendor partner catalog, in collaboration with Global teams in charge of roadmap

Service Catalog Deployment

Contribution to evolution of device requests in ITSM ServiceNow, in support and collaboration of/with Global Local Process Management team

Promote and execute overall visibility of the EUS Hub APAC device catalog through the web portal and availability of presentations.

Procure-to-Pay

Responsible for performing the billing control of all Hub APAC invoices related to the EUS Service Line.

Executes the purchase requests and ordering for the EUS Service Line, based on Procure to Pay Process.

Monitor the allocated budget to ensure that the Service Line standards are met.

Computing inventory Management

Responsible for remotely managing the onsite visual inventory of the asset stock of Hub APAC

Optimize installation task of field service to get necessary information to automatically update the configuration management database (CMDB ITSM ServiceNow).

Asset Management

Contribute to accuracy of inventory and asset management in ITSM ServiceNow.

Oversee and track the various steps of the asset/device lifecycle (including onboarding, anticipated changes, unexpected changes, and offboarding).

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience in IT Service Management, including managing Purchase Request/Purchase Order, AP/AR

Full Proficiency level including hands-on for GSuite

Good knowledge of the IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and analytics, namely SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and Asset Management. ServiceNow is a Plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
