IT Intern (Based in Sungai Petani)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and maintaining computer systems, software, and network configurations. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support end-user technical needs. Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups. Support IT documentation, inventory management, and internal helpdesk activities. Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a
Diploma/Degree
inInformation Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
. Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, and computer hardware. Good communication, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn. Able to work both independently and in a team. Internship letter from university (if applicable).Job Type
