0. At least 2 years working experience in the related field and preferably Junior Executive specializing in IT Computer / Network or equivalent. 1. Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation. 2. Liaise with Vendor/Supplier for the related Software/Hardware issues. 3. Manage and ensure that network users abide with all IT policies as set forth in the Office Manual. 4. Propose and source for new technique/solution for overall PC and printers support. 5. Inventory and software licensing in order to keep track of hardware inventory and ensure compliance with legal software requirements. 6. Maintain and trouble-shoot back-up processes. Take proactive measures and corrective actions for system backup, database backup and file backup. 7. Conduct related user-training programs in order to enhance users\' knowledge of applications to support their daily works. 8. Assists IT Manager and perform any other duties as assigned from time to time in order to facilitate project and task completion. 9. Prepare resources (PC, software, email account) for new join staff and brief PC training for them. 10. Anti-virus administration - close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak response processes. 11. Monitor VPN connectivity and internet connection - liaise with service provider for quick resolution to connectivity issues. 12. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the management.
