Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:



Provide technical support for computers, printers, POS systems, and network devices. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff and departments. Maintain and update hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and back-office applications. Assist in setting up new users, email accounts, and system access. Ensure regular data backups and system security updates. Support CCTV, telephone, Wi-Fi, and other IT-related systems. Liaise with vendors for IT maintenance and support services. Maintain IT asset records and documentation. Assist in upgrading systems and implementing new technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:



Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Basic knowledge of networking, Windows, and Microsoft Office. Experience in hotel systems (PMS/POS) is an added advantage. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
