Job Summary



Responsible for effectively maintaining and improving hotel's systems by maximizing user efficiency, cost control, revenue generation and profitability opportunities while maintaining Hotel and Company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities



1. Assist IT Executive for technical and maintenance of all systems including Fidelio & Micros and control, and on how technology can be applied to improve overall business performance to satisfy out Guests, Owners and Internal Customers.

2. Provide on-site emergency support 24 hours a day, seven days a week for all critical applications. Coordinates and communicates IT matters with Accountant as necessary.

3. Maintain up-to-date documented inventory records of hardware, software and cabling.

4. Ensure all hardware and software are operative and in clean condition.

5. Provide on-going and timely systems support to all departments.

6. Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.

7. Performs other duties and attends trainings as assigned by Management from time to time.

8. Perform regular back up of data and ensure recovering capability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
