Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation, support, and basic maintenance of hotel technology services, including computers, hardware, software, systems, applications, servers, network infrastructure, and telecommunications.
Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth hotel operations and business continuity.
Support the IT team in responding to technology-related requests from hotel guests and internal staff.
Assist in monitoring IT systems to ensure proper functionality and report issues to the IT Executive or Manager.
Follow and support the enforcement of information security policies and procedures, including data protection, backup, and recovery processes.
Assist in IT-related projects by supporting planning, execution, documentation, and coordination tasks.
Maintain IT inventory records, documentation, and basic system updates.
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT department.
Requirement:
Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in hospitality is an advantage.
Basic knowledge or exposure to: Computer hardware and software, Computer networks and internet/intranet systems and Telephone systems and basic telecommunication concepts.
Good command of English with basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
Ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
