Salary Range : RM1,760.00 - RM2,640.00Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
CPGA must at least 3.0 or above.
Good written and verbal communication: - English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage
Sarawakian will be an added advantage.

Provide technical supports to staff.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systemsand software applications.
Assist to monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Assist to maintain inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Assist with the installation of software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
Conduct routine system backups and ensure data integrity.
Assist in maintaining the database for IT Team.
Collaborate with other team on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT trends to enhance knowledge and skills.
Assist in any other task/ assignments as required by the superior.
