Assist in setting up and maintaining Users computer, hardware, and software applications. (Basic Setup)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Help users with troubleshooting common software applications, including email, productivity tools, and other business software.
Provide technical support to employees via Remote (Team Viewer & Anydesk), email, or in-person.
Assist with the setup and management of company phones, tablets, and other mobile devices
Install, configure, and update software and hardware components. (Laptop and Dekstop)
Participate in the setup of new workstations or offices, including configuring computers and network access.
Maintain inventory of IT assets Movement
Assist in network administration tasks, including monitoring and optimizing network performance.
Monitor regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
Job task assign based on IT Helpdesk Portal Manage Engine Ticketing system
Document IT processes and procedures.
Maintain a log of IT issues and resolutions to identify recurring problems.

Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma holder in the related field is required for this position
Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to both hardware and software.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11 Window Server 2008R2 and above).
Knowledge of common office software and applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience in setting up and configuring computer systems and devices (PCs, printers, phones, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify technical issues efficiently.
Analytical thinking with an ability to diagnose problems and provide quick solutions.
Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and end-users.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff in a clear and understandable manner.
