Job Description

:



Assist in setting up and maintaining users' computers, hardware, and software applications (basic setup). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Assist users in troubleshooting common software applications, including email systems, productivity tools, and other business-related software. Provide technical support to employees via remote tools (TeamViewer & AnyDesk), email, or in-person. Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of company mobile devices, including phones and tablets. Install, configure, and update software and hardware components for laptops and desktops. Participate in setting up new workstations or office, including configuring computers and ensuring proper network access. Maintain inventory of IT assets Movement Assist in network administration tasks, including monitoring and optimizing network performance. Monitor regular system backups and ensure data integrity. Job task assign based on IT Helpdesk Portal Manage Engine Ticketing system Document IT processes and procedures. Maintain a log of IT issues and resolutions to identify recurring problems. Weekly report assignment task

Job Requirement:



Minimum Diploma holder in the related field is required for this position Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving both hardware and software. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2008 R2 and above. Knowledge of common office software and applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Basic knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Experience in setting up and configuring computer systems and devices (PCs, printers, phones, etc.). Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues. Analytical thinking with an ability to diagnose problems and provide quick solutions. Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and end-users. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff in a clear, simple, and understandable manner.
