Job Description

Technical Support



Provide first-level IT support to users for hardware, software, and network issues Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment Assist users with system access, email, and basic software usage

System & Network Support



Assist in maintaining company network, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity Support installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and applications Monitor basic system performance and report issues to senior IT staff

IT Asset & Inventory Management



Maintain records of IT assets (hardware, software licenses) Assist with IT equipment setup for new joiners and offboarding for resigning staff Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and replacements

Security & Data Protection



Assist in implementing IT security measures (password policies, antivirus updates) Support data backup procedures and basic disaster recovery tasks Report any IT security incidents or data breaches immediately

Documentation & Administration



Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and user guides Assist in preparing IT-related reports when required

Requirements / Qualifications



Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Basic knowledge of: Windows OS, MS Office Computer hardware & peripherals Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers) Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
