Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime.

System Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and servers. Update and patch software to ensure system security and efficiency.

Network Management:

Assist in managing the company's LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity. Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues.

Inventory Management:

Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and repair services.

User Training and Documentation:

Train employees on the use of new software or systems. Create and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and procedures.

Data Security:

Support data backup and recovery processes. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protocols.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT support or a similar role. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/MIS), MS Office, and network troubleshooting. Familiarity with ERP systems and database management is a plus. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in logistic, warehouse, FMGC company is a plus
