Installation, configuration, deployment, troubleshoot and support of IT hardware, software and network
Providing technical support and assistance to end-users troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitoring and maintaining IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and assisting with procurement as needed
Assist on developing and implementing IT standard operating procedures to improve work processes
Generate Serial Number for printing.
Supporting IT department tasks
Respond to IT related complaints and provide support to end-users.
Assist on setting up virtual group meetings using IT equipment.
Other tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
Degree in Information technology, Computer Science / equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT support and administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Computer Hardware and Network.
Possess own transport and able to travel to site offices for on-site support whenever necessary.
Able to standby for after office hours or weekend duties whenever necessary.
Good communication skills in English and Malay (verbal and writing).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
