Key Responsibilities

a) End-user & systems support (Primary)

First-line/second-line support for ERP/IMS/LMS (logins, roles, basic data corrections, print formats, label/RFID/barcode devices). Windows 10/11 & O365 admin, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers; user onboarding/offboarding. Periodic checks: backups, patching, EDR, UPS/NAS monitoring; asset inventory & IP lists. Coordinate with vendors (ISP/telco, ERP/LMS/IMS vendors); track licenses and renewals.
b) Business apps, data & releases (Support)

Run scheduled SQL queries/reports for ERP/IMS/LMS; export clean CSV/Excel for departments. Change management support: test in UAT, document outcomes, raise issues, and coordinate safe go-lives. Maintain system runbooks/SOPs: access matrix, incident steps, data dictionaries per system.
c) Light development for operations (Secondary, as assigned)

Python scripts to automate ops (CSV?SQL imports, log collection, scheduled checks). Simple REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask) on MS SQL Server for internal consumers (e.g., Retool, n8n, mobile): Read-only or narrow-scope CRUD, pagination, filtering. Parameterized queries/SQLAlchemy, secrets in .env. Basic auth (API key/JWT); generate Swagger/OpenAPI docs. Maintain Postman collections; minimal CI (lint + some unit tests); good handovers (README, .env.example).
d) Security & compliance

Implement least-privilege on ERP/IMS/LMS and DB roles; MFA and device encryption. Keep access/change logs; PII masking on lower environments; support PDPA/ISO evidence collection. Scope Boundaries No full front-end/app builds; no high-risk schema changes without senior approval. Dev work is limited to small scripts/services in direct support of ERP/IMS/LMS operations and reporting.

Qualifications ;

Diploma/Degree in IT/CS (or equivalent). 1-3 years of IT support (helpdesk/systems/network) with hands-on exposure to ERP/IMS/LMS environments. Windows/O365 administrator, basic networking (IP/DNS/VLAN/Wi-Fi), AD/Azure AD. SQL basics (SELECT/JOIN/WHERE); Python basics + FastAPI or Flask basics. Comfortable with JSON, Postman, and Git.

Base Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM6,183.32 per month
