• Degree in Information technology, Computer Science / equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT support and administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Computer Hardware and Network.
• Possess own transport and able to travel to site offices for on-site support whenever necessary.
• Able to standby for after office hours or weekend duties whenever necessary.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay (verbal and writing).

• Installation, configuration, deployment, troubleshoot and support of IT hardware, software and network.
• Providing technical support and assistance to end-users troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitoring and maintaining IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and assisting with procurement as needed.
• Assist on developing and implementing IT standard operating procedures to improve work processes.
• Generate Serial Number for printing.
• Supporting IT department tasks.
• Respond to IT related complaints and provide support to end-users.
• Assist on setting up virtual group meetings using IT equipment.
• Other tasks as assigned by the management.
