Job Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Drive a project from conceptualization to actualization.
\xc2\xb7 Gather, analyse and formalize a user\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements into project specifications / documentations.
\xc2\xb7 Liaise and work with business side and IT Developers. Coordination could virtual sometimes.
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate on the feasibility of implementation and manage the scope of the project.
\xc2\xb7 Manage Project timeline, scope, and cost. Set priorities and provide timely progress updates on project status to stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Support and analyze reported issues/service requests and perform escalation if required.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct gap analysis (in comparison with a benchmark) to identify improvement opportunities in the system.

Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Degree in Business IT, Computing Science, Engineering or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager or with 2 years of working experience in financial institution.

\xc2\xb7 Domain knowledge in Securities Trading. A background Pre-trade process (Frontend or Middle Office) or Post-trade process (Back Office) will be great.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycles and Agile are definitely an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Proactive, energetic and full of initiative personality. Gets things done.

\xc2\xb7 Good command of English Language \xe2\x80\x93 listening, writing and speaking.

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholder effectively. This covers technical people like IT Developers and Business Users.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in any programming language or scripting (e.g. SQL, CSS, HTML etc) is a plus.
