About the Role:
You would be working as a Senior Business Analyst for the AU-NPP PAG DMC squad. The squad handles the critical customer-edge components of the New Payments Platform (NPP - which is an industry-wide payments platform for Australia). The squad delivers the Payment Gateway, Domestic Messaging Channel and Basic Infrastructure Management Portal application to the end consumers. Together with the squad members, you would work closely with the Product Owner and the other business stakeholders to continuously deliver new features and maintain the products.

You will validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.
You will provide technical or relevant business knowledge during all phases of the development and resolve unique and complex business problems, recognising technical constraints.
You will understand technological trends in own area of responsibility and apply this knowledge to bring solutions to the customers.
You will challenge the status quo and think out of the box for alternative/most efficient solutions.

Knowledge of Public Cloud providers (AWS, Azure and GCP) will be an advantage
Experience in modeling (e.g. UML, BPMN) will be an advantage
Knowledge of change-driven methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking) will be an advantage
EducationUniversity degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business or equivalent
ExperienceMinimum 6 -7 years in a similar capacity
Knowledge/Experience in Agile processes will be an advantage
