Key Responsibilities
:Provide first and second-level support for ERP users. Develop and run SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Create custom reports and form layouts within the ERP system. Design and implement interactive Power BI dashboards for business insights. Manage small to medium-sized ERP and BI projects.
