Involvement in verbal and documentation translation. Identify gaps between requirements and product or services proposed. Propose solutions to said gaps based on understanding of the industry. Interpret and analyze business requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems. Construct working flowcharts, diagram and business requirements document based on business requirements analysis. Design system function and write functional specifications for application development and testing. Monitor project progress and resolve any problems that may arise. Working with product designer for wireframes. Draw a functional prototype when necessary. Responsible for overseeing user acceptance test (UAT) and conduct user training. Requirements: Open to fresh graduates. Preferably 2 years of business analysis experience. Experience in brand marketing or stock exchange projects (Hong Kong, Australia, USA) would be an advantage. Good documentation writing and user testing experience. Required language(s): English and Mandarin. Excellent communicator with ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Available to travel. Advantageous: Experience in interpreting conversations, presentations, documentation and meetings. Experience using translation software and tools, such as CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation). Familiar with business requirements analysis and writing business requirements documentation (BRDs). Good understanding of the software development life cycle. Experience in Azure, flowchart tool, mind Mapping Tool is preferred.
