About the job:

Job responsibilities: * Experience in SAP MM & SD module and Salesforce

• Experience in cross functional and integration CRM/Salesforce to SAP/ERP processes (preferred)
• Provide day to day first level support of SAP Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes in relation to issues in SAP system and non-SAP system (such as Salesforce, in-house built platforms)
• Be able to perform initial testing or troubleshooting of issues within the system (eg: SAP, Salesforce)
• Able to understand user's requirements, propose process changes, and communicate to L2 functional team for changes in SAP system and Salesforce systems
• Be able to work with 3rd party applications (non-sap) vendors on issues and new requirements
• Assist in IT Administration execution and review any process control gaps and raise with IT manager to implement processes and policies to address those gaps.

Job Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

• Minimum 1-2 years of SAP support (SAP MM & SD preferably) and salesforce support in a local or MNC setup environment
• Good knowledge in SAP and CRM or Salesforce structure and business processes
• Good basic knowledge of integration between SAP and other 3rd party applications
• Team player with good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently with other team members and also regional IT teams.
• Good problem solving skills with customer mindset
