This job is IT Business Analyst - Responsible for developing and implementing efficient solutions for clients. You might like this job because it involves critical evaluation, client-facing communication, and multitasking in software development and maintenance.

• MUST possess at least 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Functional or Business Analyst in the IT field & good understanding of the Software development cycle & process.
• MUST hold a Malaysian passport or PR or possess any visa to be able to work lawfully in Malaysia.
• Strong command of written and spoken English is required.
• Customer interfacing experience is required & excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Work independently & able to interact professionally with diverse groups and managers, under the direction of superiors.
• Strong critical analytical and product management skills are required, with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into an application and operational requirements.
• Strong documentation skills & knowledge to draft flowcharts utilising tools ()

Tanggungjawab

• Client-facing role - Proactively communicate and build smooth relationships with customers. Serves as the conduit between the customer and our software development & support team.
• To man the entire Software development lifecycle: from Business requirement studies, Documentation, Testing\'s, Bug fixings, User Acceptance testing\'s (UAT), System training, Deployment & maintenance to additional customizations study etc
• Gathering of user requirements via document analysis, requirements, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios etc. AND task and workflow analysis from users.
• Develop documentation as needed: (Business Requirements Document, Process documentations, Test documentations, User manual etc.) using the English language.
• Develop Flowcharts using tools or
• Multitasking - Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Critically evaluating client\'s business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions in an efficient way.
• Collaborate with developers to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs
