Business Analyst i. Scope of Work \xef\x82\xb7 Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. \xef\x82\xb7 Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. \xef\x82\xb7 Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. \xef\x82\xb7 Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. \xef\x82\xb7 Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. \xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. \xef\x82\xb7 Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group. \xef\x82\xb7 Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making. \xef\x82\xb7 Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to client committees. \xef\x82\xb7 Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports. \xef\x82\xb7 Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution, and facilities. \xef\x82\xb7 Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes. \xef\x82\xb7 Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes. \xef\x82\xb7 Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues. ii. Required Skillsets and Experiences \xef\x82\xb7 Has at least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in: \xef\x82\xb7 Defining business problems via in-depth investigation, and gathering of technical and non-technical information, outlining detailed requirements for a digital solution, and ensuring the delivered solution meets the business requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 Identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in dealing with IT, Digital, Technology and business-related projects. Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 Analyzing various data sets and forecasts. \xef\x82\xb7 Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements. \xef\x82\xb7 Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. \xef\x82\xb7 Creating functional specifications for solutions. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparing Product epics, user stories, acceptance criteria. \xef\x82\xb7 Conducting user research and interviews and understanding of UIUX. \xef\x82\xb7 Delivering digital products by applying Agile Scrum methodology \xef\x82\xb7 Has good communication skills, and stakeholder management skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Has experience defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
