What\'s the Role?

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support all Finance and Customer Project Management related IT projects and solutions, working towards achieving our vision of a seamless, connected and SAP based IT landscape for Large Project business at Hilti. Become part of our Global IT Large Projects Project Management & Finance team and contribute to the digital future of Hilti. Develop and maintain together with international colleagues the processes and IT solutions on and around our leading edge SAP S/4 HANA environment (main SAP modules: SAP PS, FI).You will strongly contribute to one of our core initiatives out of our new corporate strategy shaping the future towards \xe2\x80\x9cMaking Construction Better\xe2\x80\x9d.

What does the role involve?

Our tool chain centred around our SAP S/4HANA (PS and FI) core supports our business units in developing individually engineered and innovative products that provide superior value to our customers. As an IT Business Analyst, you work within agile & cross-functional Global IT and business teams to define requirements as well as develop convincing solution scenarios. You plan, build, and run the IT solutions that are used to develop our innovative customer-specific offerings. This includes contribution to IT solution architectures and designs, custom development, and successful delivery of IT projects. You ensure reliability, integrity, and long-term sustainability of our IT solutions and processes. This role requires a combination of a business-oriented mindset and solid implementation skills.

What you need is:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree (PhD is a plus) in Information Management, Computer Science, or Finance or Project Management with passion about IT (proven records of IT experience)
• 5+ years expertise in at least one of the areas of our tool chain - SAP ERP, SAP PS, SAP FI or related fields

• You have general SAP customizing skills in the areas mentioned above
• Development skills in ABAP, Fiori are a plus
• An end-to-end process understanding mindset in construction project management
• Willingness and proven ability to learn
• Courage to challenge and desire to improve things
• Great communication skills (English is a must)
