Job Description

The focus of a Business Analyst is to provide and configure a winning solution through our software application s to clients globally.

- Be subject matter expert on banking process and workflows and guide banking users to achieve optimum efficiency
- Conduct and drive discovery sessions to uncover user requirements and translate these into URS and FSD documentation with workflow diagrams
- Configure Juris software on a non programming level using SQL
- Facilitate and execute UAT sessions and work alongside programmers for resolution of UAT defects
- Analyse and understand system requirements, design specifications and business values

- Identify and defend scope creep for smaller solutions within the system
- Track production issues, change requests and enhancements and prioritise accordingly

- Has a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst
- Is well versed in SDLC i.e. delivered end to end software project at least twice
- Has a basic understanding of front end languages and databases e.g. Oracle, DB2
- Possess hands on SQL knowledge
- Has configured the software system to display the required interface for the customer
- Has experience in handling stakeholders
