Gain understanding of key business processes which utilize regional applications which include but not limited to Recruitment, Sales, Order Fulfilment, Timesheet processing, Payroll, Billing, Finance (AR, AP, GL, Financial close activity)
Perform the business analysis and detailing of requirement maintaining the overall vision in mind for all solutions within Recruitment, Sales, Order Fulfilment, Timesheet processing, Payroll, Billing, Finance (AR, AP, GL, Financial close activity)
Ensure relevant personnel within Solution Delivery Management clearly understand Business Customer requirements and the functional analysis so as to ensure they deliver the right solution.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs and translate this into functional specification document.
Main Accountabilities:
Ensure that users business requirements is in-line with the project objectives
Ability to effectively communicate in business and technical language between business and technology team to articulate ideas and technical terms clearly and concisely
Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings
Ensure relevant System & Systems impact analysis are done while designing the solutions to mitigate any impact on both processes and data flows between upstream and downstream systems
Ability to challenge status quo and work on refining conceptual ideas.
Ensure thoroughness in documentation and maintaining consistent standards in requirement gathering, analysis and design.
Manage the expectations of multiple teams like those of organization change management, architecture, procurement, legal and security, with an effective communication and reporting
Track issues and follow up on issue resolutions throughout the project life cycle
Prepare Business Requirements Specification document for all business requirements collected and ensure sign off from business
Prepare Function Specification documentation and ensure technical team clearly understand the requirements
Support clarifications of requirements from business, technical and QA team throughout the phases of projects
Work with Business Process Owners to explore possibility for continuous improvement from the system aspect
Support Change Request process for projects and production (post live) business systems on any new business requirements by documenting business requirements in the respective templates to facilitate discussions, prioritization and approval by the Change Control Board.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a position of comparable complexity.
Ideally, 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the staffing industry with a proven understanding of the staffing industry, its opportunities and challenges.
Ability to explain complex, technical matters in a simple \xe2\x80\x98language\xe2\x80\x99.
Delivering to, and successful management of, stakeholder expectations whilst working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines, budgets and resources.
Consistent and continuous customer focus in a demanding environment.
Experience in both a multinational and multi-cultural environment would be an added benefit
In-depth experience with ERP Applications
University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education.
