This role involves supporting end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment, with a focus on financial systems. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to translate finance requirements into system solutions and deliver successful transformation initiatives.

• Support end-to-end ERP implementation (requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support).
• Translate finance and accounting requirements into ERP solutions (SAP FICO or Oracle Financials).
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver transformation projects.
• Prepare documentation (process flows, system configurations, training materials).
• Develop comprehensive strategies and solutions to address business challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align project objectives with business goals.
• Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes within agreed timelines and budget.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions and monitor their effectiveness.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in consulting or ERP-related roles.
• Understanding or hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP FICO, Oracle Financials).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior ERP implementation experience.
• Knowledge of financial processes and project management methodologies.
